PesaApp Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, and/or using PesaApp, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Use of the App

PesaApp provides users with opportunities to earn money through various activities, such as completing tasks, participating in surveys, and other means as defined within the App.

3. User Accounts

To use PesaApp, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Earnings and Withdrawals

Earnings accrued in your PesaApp account can be withdrawn in accordance with the procedures and minimum withdrawal amounts specified in the App. PesaApp reserves the right to modify these procedures and amounts at any time without prior notice.

5. No Refund Policy

All transactions made through PesaApp are final and non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to, any fees, charges, or amounts spent within the App. By using PesaApp, you acknowledge and agree that you will not be entitled to any refunds or reimbursements for any reason.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

• Using the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Attempting to hack, reverse engineer, or otherwise interfere with the App.
• Creating multiple accounts to manipulate the earning system.
• Providing false or misleading information.

7. Termination

PesaApp reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in any fraudulent or prohibited activities.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. PesaApp makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the operation or availability of the App, or the accuracy of any information provided through the App.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PesaApp shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the App.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kenya.

11. Changes to Terms

PesaApp reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted within the App, and your continued use of the App following such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
